What a great time of year it is! After closing out the season on a 50-25 (+19.95 net games) run, naturally, I was sad to see baseball come to an end. However, the rest of the sports are more than making up for it. Football is in full swing and every game has become more meaningful than ever. I’ve been fortunate to start the hockey season by hitting my first eight selections. Addtionally, having shown a profit in each of my past three NBA campaigns, I’m really excited that the NBA season tips-off this evening!

Although I rarely recommend making a wager on ’future’ lines, I always find it both interesting and informative to see the oddsmakers’ opinion on which team/s are mostly likely to win the title in their respective sports.

After eight weeks of play, there are still two undefeated teams. Not surprisingly, the Colts and the Bears currently find themselves co-favorites to claim this year’s Super Bowl. After yesterday’s impressive Monday night victory, the Patriots aren’t far behind!
